Rock L. Clapper — President and Director

Rock has successfully led the growth and sale of early stage software companies.  He is a member of the Band of Angels, an early stage technology investment group in Northern California's Silicon Valley.  Having grown up in the Midwest he understands the importance of agricultural market information as buyers and sellers negotiate transactions.

Scott Lawley — Chief Technology Officer and Director

Scott has been with NGB for four years.  Prior to this he was a technology manager for Verticalnet, a publicly traded business to business technology company.  Scott has been an employee and consultant for high technology companies for over 20 years.

Michael Gillespie — VP Sales and Marketing

Mike has been involved in produce industry sales for over 20 years. Most recently he was Vice President Sales and Marketing for River Ranch, LLC, which he helped grow and sell in 2009. Prior to that Mike was VP Sales and Marketing for Grimmway Farms as well as VP Sales for BuyProduce.com. Mike has had other sales management positions in companies such as New Star.

David Kirby — Director of Sales

David has been in agriculture and nursery sales since graduating with a BS degree in Horticulture from Texas Tech University, College of Agricultural Sciences.  Over the past 16 years of his sales career he has been awarded salesman of the year several times and is a member of the California Farm Bureau.

ShuChung Chang — Director of Technology

ShuChung has joined NGB to direct software development and vertical market integration.  Prior to this he was Information Technology Director for Salud Para La Gente Clinics, and Engineering Director for EnjoyWeb Inc (a multi-media delivery product).  ShuChung has been an employee or consultant for high technology companies for 20+ years.
